Q: How do we begin to work together?

A: Easy. Please email me at info@jascenthedwardscoaching.com. Our initial conversation will be a brief chat by phone to answer any questions you have and schedule your first session.


Q: What is the first session like?

A: You can relax knowing that I will guide the conversation. It will be a relaxed conversation in which I will ask a few key questions giving you time to describe what you are currently going through. Including a general sense of your history, I will also want to know what made you seek coaching at this time.

 Gathering this information will allow me to see the whole picture and thereby, better able to co-create a clear vision of what you want for yourself.

 After the first session, most clients feel relieved, inspired, motivated, and excited to begin the work.


Q: How frequent are sessions?

A: I work with clients weekly. However, if you need a bit more flexibility, we can discuss and arrange that.


Q: How soon will I see results?

A: Coaching works quickly, many clients begin to see a change after the first session. Even the act of reaching out to schedule a session brings a much needed sense of hope and confidence.

For some women, it may be a few sessions to gain insights and create strategies to move forward. For others, working together over a few months is life-changing and creates tons of positive change.


Q: How long are the sessions?

A: Each session lasts 55 mins.


Q: What is your payment and refund policy?

A: Sessions are paid in full, 48 hours in advance of the first session. Costs are not refunded, you have a year from date of purchase to complete all sessions purchased.
